We're thrilled about our upcoming visit. As a warm-up for the students, we came up with this idea: Both the British and German student groups will hold a Balloon Debate, recording it either through video or audio. This will help them prepare for the debate, practice rhetoric, and also get acquainted with each other beforehand.

Your task:

To prepare yourselves for the Balloon Debate you should not only understand the importance of body language but also be able to convey good arguments.

 Work yourself through the presentation with text and tasks.

 Write a brief speech in a group for the balloon debate for a character that you want to keep in the balloon and copy it to your journal.
Use argumentation according to text.
Use phrases to improve your your argumentation.
