The increasing physical confrontations have led the school administration to ask you for help. You are asked to help prepare counseling sessions for affected students.These sessions should be conducted like debates - with two teams which should come to terms about their argument and a chairperson who hosts the session. To help, you should incorporate the basics of debating and explain its significance as well as its rules.

In your group:

Develop an explainer video or podcast,  to serve as a base for the  student council, on the topic Significance and Rules of Debating in a group. Consider the following points: 

• Produce a video or audio file.
• Create detailed notes which you copy to your journal.
  
• Your video or audio should not be longer than 5 minutes.
