The increasing physical confrontations have led the school administration to ask you for help. You are asked to help prepare counseling sessions for affected students.These sessions should be conducted like debates - with two teams which should come to terms about their argument and a chairperson who hosts the session. To help, you should incorporate the basics of debating and explain its significance as well as its rules.

In your group:

Develop a fact sheet on the topic Significance and Rules of Debating  to serve as a base for the other members of the student council.

Consider the following points:
