Differences between a German CV and a CV in an English-speaking country

When creating a CV, it's important to know the differences between a German CV and a CV for an English-speaking country. 

German CV: 

Photograph: Include a photograph of yourself. 

Personal information: Provide personal details such as your date of birth, nationality, and marital status. 

Education first: Start with your education history. 

All education: List all your educational qualifications. 

Interests and hobbies: Mention your interests and hobbies. 

References: It is not necessary to include references. 

CV in an English-speaking country:

No photograph: Do not include a photograph. 

No personal information: Do not provide personal information like your date of birth, nationality, or marital status. 

Work experience first: Start with your work experience. 

Highest diplomas only: Only mention the highest diplomas you have obtained. 

No interests or hobbies: Do not include interests and hobbies. 

References: Provide references and name the people.
