    • Stays focused and does not include too many details.
    • Communicates ideas clearly and directly.
  7. Polite Closing:

    • Thanks the reader for their time.
    • Ends with a professional statement.
  8. Proofreading:

    • No spelling or grammar mistakes.
    • Easy to read and well-organized.
